Q.Can I change the tickets after payment?
A.The purchase PASS cannot be changed or the selected date cannot be changed after payment.If you would like to change the schedule, please purchase an additional DAY PASS.
Q.I didn’t register for the audition, but now I want to take it. How can I join the audition?
A.Contact us by En Dance Studio Official LINE (https://lin.ee/4Zt3FYP) until the day before. You can’t take only the audition. Make sure that you already have the pass of the day which has the audition and take the class before the audition to learn the choreography for the audition.
Q.Should I take all the classes on the day?
A.By using the DAY PASS, you can take all the classes. But you don’t need to. All classes will be taught by amazing dancers. We recommend you to take as many as you can and want.
Q.Can I buy a single class ticket?
A.We only have DAY PASS for now. We will inform you on our SNS / HP, if we decide to sell single class tickets.
Q.Can I get a refund, if the lineup changes?
A.Your purchase cannot be refunded after payment in any cases. Make sure to read the cautions before you purchase.
Q.Can I give my DAY PASS to someone else?
A.Tickets cannot be transferred. Thank you for your understanding.
Q.Can I come into the class after the class starts, or leave during the class?
A.After 15 min passed, you can’t join the class. To pay respect to instructors and other students, please refrain from leaving during class. But feel free to talk to our staff if you don’t feel well during class.
Q.Do you have the age limit?
A.We don’t have any age limit. All classes might be high level, but we are hoping it will be good challenging for you!
Q.I’m a beginner. Can I join the camp?
A.Our camp is opening up for any dancers! All classes might be high level, but we are hoping it will be good challenging for you!
Q.Can you help me to get a VISA, and book hotels?
A.We ask you to get a VISA and book hotels by yourself. Please use this information as reference to find a place to stay.
Q.Can I take pictures with Instructors?
A.Please refrain from taking pictures with Instructors after the class. We will give you the class picture at the reception after confirming with the instructor. Make sure to come to the reception during Dance Camp Plus.

Q.Can I register/cancel “En dance studio members” NOT the Dance Camp Plus during the Dance Camp week?
A.During the Dance Camp Plus 2022 Summer, you can’t change/cancel/suspend your course since our studio will be closed. But our staff can help you to register on the website or explain to you about courses. Sorry for the inconvenience in advance.
